Depending on your subscription bundle, you may share Personal Data Remover with one other person. Canceling Personal Data Remover subscription
To cancel your Personal Data Remover subscription, you will need to disable auto-renewal in your Malwarebytes account. Follow the steps in Disable auto-renewal of your Malwarebytes subscription to turn off monthly billing of your Personal Data Remover subscription.
If you cancel your subscription or fail to renew it monthly, Personal Data Remover stops actively scanning for data broker sites with your information. On the Personal Data Remover dashboard in your Malwarebytes account, profiles In Progress change to Exposed. However, those profiles are still in the process of being removed as Malwarebytes has already submitted a removal request on your behalf.
