Using another antivirus alongside our app can cause conflicts that might impact our Real-Time Protection and slow down your device. Add the folder paths listed below to the other antivirus software's allow list to prevent any conflicts. The other antivirus software may refer to this as exclusions, exceptions, or ignore list entries. For instructions on adding these paths to another antivirus, contact the vendor or check their website.
Add the following folders:
- C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes
- C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes
Add the following files:
- C:\Windows\System32\drivers\mwac.sys
- C:\Windows\System32\drivers\mbamswissarmy.sys
- C:\Windows\System32\drivers\mbamchameleon.sys
- C:\Windows\System32\drivers\Mbam.sys
- C:\Windows\System32\drivers\Mbamelam.sys
- C:\Windows\System32\drivers\farflt.sys or C:\Windows\System32\drivers\farflt11.sys depending on your Windows operating system version.
- C:\Windows\System32\drivers\mbae.sys
