Editing your Personal Data Remover profile

From the Personal Data Remover page in your Malwarebytes account, you can edit your profile to update your age or add an additional location. However, you can't change your email address from this page. The email address used in your Malwarebytes account is the same address you used when purchasing your subscription. To update the email associated with your Malwarebytes account, see this article instead.

To update your Personal Data Remover profile:

1. Click here to open your Personal Data Remover page.
2. Above the scan results table, click Edit Profile.
3. In the pop up, update your age or add another location.
4. Click Activate Personal Data Remover.
5. Click Done.
