Reset a password for your Malwarebytes Account

If you've forgotten your Malwarebytes account password, follow the steps below to reset your password.

1. Click here to reset your password.
2. Enter your email address and click Reset password.
3. Check your inbox for an email from Malwarebytes titled Password reset.
   • Note: Check your spam/junk folder if you cannot find it in your inbox.
4. Open the email and click Link to reset credentials.
5. In the Update your password window, enter your new password.
   • Note: Your password must contain at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number and 1 special character (ex: !@#$%^)
6. Confirm your new password.
7. Click Reset password.
8. Your password is now reset. Try signing into your account again with your new password.
