You can delete your Malwarebytes Account profile when you no longer need to manage your subscriptions or billing for our products. Deleting your account does not cancel or affect your existing product subscriptions. Any active subscriptions will continue and renew automatically unless auto‑renewal is turned off before deleting your account.
To delete your account:
- Sign in to your Account.
- Click your name in the top right corner.
- From the drop down menu, select Settings.
- Click Delete account.
- If you have:
- An active paid subscription:
- In the pop up window, click Yes, Continue.
- Click Contact support. A web link opens to our support page where you can start a chat or create a ticket with a support agent to finish deleting your account.
- A free subscription:
- Enter your password.
- Click Yes, Delete.
- Click Done to close the window. Your account has been deleted.
- An active paid subscription:
