Features and improvements
- Now, you can open a quick-access menu from the Malwarebytes icon in your Mac menu header bar. This menu allows users to:
- Start a scan
- Manage protection layers
- Connect and disconnect the VPN
- View your Trusted advisor score
- Open the main application and settings.
- The Malwarebytes icon in the Mac menu has two new status indicators:
- A red dot appears on the icon when actions are required in the app.
- A VPN icon appears on the icon when the VPN is on.
Issues fixed
- Fixed an issue where the VPN kept requesting system extension permissions after the permissions had been granted.
- Miscellaneous bug fixes.
