When you're using a VPN, certain websites may block your access. If you're having trouble accessing a website you can normally visit without any issues, pause your VPN and try accessing the site again.
Note: You can't pause the VPN if the Kill Switch setting is on. For more info about the Kill Switch setting, see Manage Malwarebytes VPN settings for Windows and Mac.
To pause the VPN:
- Navigate to the taskbar at the bottom of your screen.
- Click the ^ arrow on the right side of the bar to show hidden icons.
- Right-click the Malwarebytes icon

- In the tray menu, select how long you want to pause the VPN for.
After you've paused the VPN, try accessing the blocked website again.
