View your license key in your account
- Customers who purchased a subscription from the Malwarebytes Online store can find their license key in their Malwarebytes account.
- If you do not have a Malwarebytes account, you can create one with the same email you used to purchase your subscription.
To view your license key in your Malwarebytes account:
- Click here to view your subscription.
- In the pop up, you can view your license key underneath the name of your subscription.

Locate your subscription card
- Physical purchases include a subscription card with your license details.
- If you misplaced your card and did not add your license to your Malwarebytes account, there is no way to retrieve your license details. You can purchase another subscription from our online store.
