Manage payment information in your Malwarebytes account

Your Malwarebytes account allows you to manage your subscription details in one place. Keep your information current by updating your payment method and billing address from the Manage Subscription page.

Note: Subscriptions purchased from Google Play or Apple App store cannot be managed from your Malwarebytes Account.

Update your payment method

1. Click here to update your payment method.
2. Find your desired subscription and click the Billing & payment link in blue.
3. On the Billing & payment screen, click Update payment method.
4. In the pop up window, follow the prompts to enter new details.

Update your billing address

1. Click here to update your billing address.
2. Find your desired subscription and click the Billing & payment link in blue.
3. On the Billing & payment screen, click Update billing address. A new screen appears.
4. Enter your new address, then click Save.
