You can view your support tickets in the Malwarebytes Help Center to see your conversations with our support agents. You can see tickets that are currently open, have been solved, or are awaiting your reply. For steps on how to sign in to the Help Center, see Sign in to the Help Center.
To view your tickets:
- Sign in to the Help Center.
- Next to the Sign out button at the top right, click on the profile icon.
- In the drop-down menu, click Support tickets.
- A table appears showing your support tickets.
