The Malwarebytes Help Center allows you to quickly access and update your support tickets. You can update your open tickets with new information by replying to a support agent. Solved tickets cannot be updated after 4 days and require you to open a new one with the chatbot. For steps on how to sign in to the Help Center, see Sign in the Help Center.
To update your tickets:
- Sign in to the Help Center.
- Next to the Sign out button at the top right, click on the profile icon.
- In the drop-down menu, click Support tickets.
- Search for your ticket you want to update by using the Subject or Ticket ID.
- Once found, click on the ticket to open.
- In the text field, update your ticket with your reply to the support agent.
- Click Submit.
- Your ticket is updated.
