Features and improvements

Issues fixed
- Fixed an issue where the app would crash after adding a trailing forward slash to duplicate URLs in the Allow list.
- Fixed an issue where the Trusted Advisor UI broke after a trial ended without a scan ever being run.
- Fixed an issue where the free version of the app would run unmanaged background processes while Browser Guard was installed.
- Fixed layout issues with the new tray menu that was affecting lower screen resolutions.
- Fixed minor localization issues.
