Using the tray menu dashboard on Windows devices

The tray menu dashboard allows you to quickly access and use your security and VPN features without launching the Desktop Security app.

To open the tray menu dashboard:

1. Navigate to the taskbar at the bottom of your screen.
2. Click the ^ arrow on the right side of the bar to show hidden icons.
3. Right-click the Malwarebytes icon.
4. The tray menu is now open.

From the tray menu dashboard, you can:

• Toggle Real-Time Protection layers on and off. Check out this article for more information about Real-Time Protection.

• Change your VPN's server location. Check out this article for more information and steps on how to change your server location.
• Pause and unpause the VPN. Check out this article for more information on pausing your VPN.
• Click Update to check for updates on your security.
• Click Scan to immediately run a scan on your Windows device.
• Hide, open, or quit your app.
• Click the Info tab to view information about your subscription, last app update, app version, and package versions.
