Browser Guard's Search Result Reputation feature scans your search results and gives you a heads up if it finds sites that are not safe based on Malwarebytes' threat database. When you use a search engine, each site in your search results will have an icon to show if a site is suspicious, safe, or unknown.
- Sites that have poor or dangerous reputations
- Sites that are benign or not suspicious
- Sites that have unknown reputations
Turn Search Result Reputation on or off
To turn on Search Result Reputation on or off:
- Click the Malwarebytes icon
in your browser's header.
- At the bottom of the dashboard, click Settings
. Browser Guard's settings page opens.
- Scroll down to Search Result Reputation and toggle it on or off.
