Link a Google Play or Apple App Store subscription to your account

If you purchased a Malwarebytes subscription from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, we recommend you create a Malwarebytes account and link your subscription to your account. Having a Malwarebytes account gives you access to more protection features, including the Secure Hub dashboard and Digital Footprint Scan.

NOTICE - You will still need to go through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to manage your payment methods or cancel your subscription.

To link your Malwarebytes subscription to your Malwarebytes account:

Open the Malwarebytes Mobile Security app on your Android or iOS device.
Tap Settings, then tap My Subscriptions.
Create or sign in to your Malwarebytes account.
- If you do not have a Malwarebytes account: Tap Create Malwarebytes Account and complete the registration process.
- If you already have a Malwarebytes account: Tap Sign In and enter your email address and password associated with your Malwarebytes account.
Once signed in, your Google Play or Apple App Store subscription will automatically be linked and displayed under your Malwarebytes account.

If your subscription does not appear after signing in, allow a few moments for the information to sync.
