Change the password for your Malwarebytes Account

You can update your password after logging into your account. Follow the steps below to change your account password.

Note: If you're unable to log in because you can't remember your password, see Reset a password for your Malwarebytes Account. 

1. Sign in to your account.
2. At the top right of the webpage, click on your profile name.
3. In the drop down, click Settings.
4. On the Settings page, click on the pencil icon next to your password.
5. In the Edit password screen, enter your current password.
6. Enter the new password, and confirm the new password.
   • Note: The new password must contain at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number, and 1 special character (ex: !@#$%^)
7. Click Save.
