You can manage your subscription directly from your Malwarebytes account. Sign in to your account to view available upgrades for your subscription or to add seats so you can protect more devices.
Note: Subscriptions purchased from Google Play or the Apple App store cannot be managed or upgraded from your Malwarebytes account. To upgrade a subscription purchased from an app store, see Upgrade your Malwarebytes subscription on Android and iOS.
Add more devices to your subscription
- Click here to view your subscription plan.
- Under your current plan, click Add more devices.
- Under Coverage options, click the dropdown and select a plan covering the number of devices you need. Your subscription price will adjust based on the total number of devices on your subscription.
- Check that your payment method is correct.
- Click Pay now.
Upgrade your subscription
- Click here to view your upgrade options.
- Choose the plan that you want to upgrade to, then click Upgrade.
- Review your plan and payment details, then click Pay now.
Downgrade or consolidate your subscription
Contact Support to downgrade your subscription plan or consolidate multiple subscriptions.
