You tried activating your subscription in the Mobile Security app. However, your subscription does not include access to the advanced features in the Mobile Security app.
How to resolve the error
To use the advanced features in the Mobile Security app, you will need to purchase a subscription that includes Security and Privacy. Visit our Pricing page to see our current subscription plans.
