What caused the error message
You tried to activate your subscription on your iOS device using an MB code, but by the time you entered the code it had expired. MB codes are only valid for a few minutes.
How to resolve the error
To successfully activate your subscription on your iOS device, try generating a new MB code and entering it again. If the issue persists, try activating your subscription using a different method. See our Activate Mobile Security v5 app article for different ways you can activate your subscription.
