Malwarebytes app for Android and iOS won't open

If you're experiencing issues with launching or opening your Malwarebytes app, the problem may be related to your device or the app itself.

Try rebooting your device and re-opening your Malwarebytes app. If your app still won't open, follow the steps below. 

  1. Sign in to your Malwarebytes account, then deactivate the device with the app on it.
  2. Uninstall the Malwarebytes app from your device.
  3. Reinstall the Malwarebytes app on your device.
