Error Message
MB code generation failed. You don't have available devices under your subscription. Please check your subscription details.
What caused the error message
Your subscription allows you to activate a certain number of devices for advanced features. When you tried to activate your subscription on your Android device using an MB code, you had already activated all the allowed devices. You cannot generate an MB code if you have activated the maximum number of devices on your subscription.
How to resolve the error
To activate your subscription on your Android device, you need to either deactivate your subscription on another device or upgrade your subscription to include more devices. Then, review our Activate Mobile Security v5 app article for help activating your Android device.
